Sarkar, a public complaint receiving unit at the Prime Minister’s Office, has received a complaint seeking persona non grata against Indian Ambassador to Nepal Ranjit Rae.Journalist Ghamaraj Luitel had registered a complaint at the unit through Twitter seeking persona non grata saying that Ambassador Rae’s latest activities are against the interest of Nepal.

“Ambassador to Nepal Ranjit Rae should be charged under persona non grata for his interference in the internal affairs of Nepal, constituting a breach of diplomatic norms,” Luitel twitted.Initiating the process, Hello Sarkar informed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in writing on the complaint it received on Sunday.
